Wow…August already!

Time to start shipping garlic already.  Harvest is cured and ready.  It was a DRY summer here in the fingerlakes.  Not even an inch of rain from May through mid July!  Garlic did ok but was a bit stressed with the drought and therefore the overall crop yield was down.  Cleaning and grading in the barn now and first shipments will go out Monday 8/15.  Lots of garlic on the site though.  Order away!  New varieties available this year as well from a couple garlic growing farm friends.
