Strong, hot flavor.
Another great northeast porcelain variety such as German White, or German Hardneck. Basically they are all just different names for the same great variety. Robust plants with large scapes. They pop out of the ground early and out compete the weeds. The flavor is not as complex or sweet as the rocamboles but it is strong and their clove size makes them great for roasting.
